Affirmations / Thought for the Week

 

Affirmations - positive statements we make to ourselves to change negative thinking.
 
Affirmations can be powerful tools. If used regularly, affirmations can help manifest your goals, and bring positive change to your life. 
 
An affirmation is easy to create.
1. Think of a goal that you have, and create a positive statement, and desired outcome of that goal.
 
2. Keep your focus on the positive, and keep your statements in the present, as we are always living in NOW.
 
3. Repeat your affirmations regularly / daily.
 
 
An example of a positive affirmation would read like this: 
 I AM PATIENT.

TODAY I AM PATIENT AND CALM.

 I AM IN CONTROL OF MY EMOTIONS.
