How can Anger Management sessions help me?
Anger Management coaching helps you learn new ways of managing stress, and anger. You will learn how to improve your communication skills. You will also learn about emotional intelligence. We recommend a minimum of ten sessions or ten hours unless otherwise specified by a court or referring source. These sessions can help you grow!

How does costs work and what are your hours?
We offer fees that are reasonable and fair. Our regular hourly fee is in line with local and national charges for Anger Management coaching. I can discuss specifics with you in your initial phone consultation or at your first regular appointment. I look for a way to work with anyone who seriously wants to work with me. You may pay for services by cash, cashier checks, or money orders. We do not accept personal checks. I offer convenient day, and evening appointments. Parking is free.
What does emotional intelligence mean?
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand one's own feelings and as well as the capacity to sense the feelings and needs of others and to utilize this information in a way that enhances interpersonal relationships.
What happens during the first individual coaching session and how long does it take?
We discuss your situation and administer the computer based anger management map. This tool measures your level of empathy, assertiveness skills, degree of motivation, readiness to change, interpersonal deference, and level of aggression. After you have completed the assessment your coach will then interpret the assessment and recommend a course of treatment. This process takes about an hour.
I am court ordered to participate in anger management sessions. Can documentation be provided for court purposes?
Yes. All participants who complete the required number of anger management sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
